01.Eligibility
The project must have a live mainnet, an audited smart contract (if applicable), a public team, a transparent token distribution, a working product with real users, and compliance with our restricted-jurisdictions list.
02.Application Process
1) Submit the listing form below. 2) Initial screening by the Listings team (5 business days). 3) Due diligence - legal, security audit review, tokenomics, on-chain analytics. 4) Listing Committee vote. 5) Listing announcement & integration.
03.Documents Required
Whitepaper, tokenomics document, smart-contract audit report, KYC/KYB of founding team, legal opinion on token classification, marketing plan, and proof of liquidity (market-maker agreement or treasury commitment).
04.Listing Fee
GXT Exchange does not charge an upfront listing fee for qualifying projects. A community-development deposit may be required to fund marketing, liquidity and the Launchpad allocation; deposits are fully refundable upon delivery.
