Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Services if you are a resident of, located in, or a citizen of any jurisdiction where access to digital-asset trading platforms is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including without limitation any country, region or person subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, to keep credentials confidential, and to enable two-factor authentication. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Notify support immediately of any unauthorized access. GXT Exchange is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials, SIM-swap attacks or phishing.

To comply with global Anti-Money-Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist-Financing (CTF) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC/KYB) regulations, you must complete identity verification before depositing, trading or withdrawing. We may request additional information at any time and may freeze, suspend or close accounts that fail screening, present false documents, or appear on sanctions lists.

GXT Exchange offers Spot, Margin, Futures, Earn, Staking, P2P and Launchpad services. Orders are executed on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee execution at any specific price. Order types, leverage limits, maintenance margin, liquidation rules and fees are detailed on the relevant product pages and may be updated at our sole discretion.

Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose all funds. Leverage amplifies gains and losses. You acknowledge that GXT Exchange is not a financial adviser, that no information on the platform constitutes investment advice, and that you trade entirely at your own risk. You agree to pay all applicable trading, withdrawal, conversion, funding and network fees as published in our Fees Schedule. GXT Exchange may amend fees at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

You must not engage in market manipulation (wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump), use the Services for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, tax evasion, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or any other unlawful activity. Violations result in account termination and may be reported to authorities.

GXT is a utility token offering fee discounts, governance, staking yield and Launchpad access. GXT is not a security, equity, debt, deposit or claim against GXT Exchange. Tokenomics may evolve in accordance with on-chain governance.

All trademarks, logos, software, content and designs are the exclusive property of GXT Exchange or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your account, freeze assets or restrict features at our sole discretion if we suspect a breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or risk to the platform. We may close your account with 30 days' notice for any reason; you may close yours at any time after settling open positions and obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GXT Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to GXT Exchange in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules, seated in London, in English. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app alert at least 14 days in advance.
